JOOD Surpasses AED 63 Million in Community Contributions as Board of Trustees Sets Strategic Priorities for 2026

Dubai Community Contributions Establishment – JOOD held its second Board of Trustees meeting of 2026, bringing together members of the Board to review first-quarter achievements, assess key performance indicators, and discuss strategic priorities and future plans aimed at expanding community impact across Dubai.

The meeting highlighted JOOD’s continued growth as Dubai’s unified platform for community contributions, connecting individuals and organisations with trusted initiatives and enabling greater participation in humanitarian and social causes. During the first quarter of 2026, total contributions facilitated through the platform exceeded AED 63 million, generated through more than 30 campaigns and supported by over 1,500 contributors.

H.E. Hessa bint Essa Buhumaid, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, emphasized the growing role of institutional giving in creating sustainable impact and highlighted JOOD’s contribution to strengthening Dubai’s culture of giving and social responsibility.

Board members also discussed opportunities to further enhance contributor experience, strengthen governance and transparency, expand strategic partnerships, and increase community participation in support of Dubai Social Agenda 33.
