Majra – National CSR Fund hosted the inaugural Impact Summit 2025 under the theme “Unifying the Common Good of the Nation”, bringing together ministers, government officials, CEOs, sustainability leaders, private sector representatives, non-profit organizations, academics, youth leaders, and investors to explore the future of sustainable impact in the UAE.
The summit serves as a national platform to strengthen collaboration across sectors and accelerate efforts to build an integrated impact economy that aligns economic growth with social and environmental progress.
During the summit, H.E. Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, Minister of Economy and Tourism and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Majra, announced the launch of the UAE Companies for Good 2031 Strategy, a national framework designed to enhance private sector contributions to sustainable development and strengthen corporate social responsibility across the country.
The strategy aims to promote long-term sustainable planning, strengthen governance frameworks, encourage impact measurement, and foster greater collaboration between government entities, businesses, social entrepreneurs, and civil society organizations.
The summit also highlighted the importance of directing community contributions toward national priorities and creating a unified ecosystem that enables organizations to maximize their social, economic, and environmental impact.
The Impact Summit reflects the UAE’s vision of building an economy that serves society while driving sustainable growth. Through stronger partnerships and a shared commitment to impact, we are creating a framework that empowers the private sector to play a leading role in advancing national development goals and delivering lasting value for future generations.
