JOOD: means Dubai Community Contributions Establishment – (Jood), a government entity duly registered and licensed in accordance with the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates pursuant to Amiri Decree No. (3), with its registered office located in Al Barsha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

JOOD shall not be liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including cyber attacks or unauthorized access despite the implementation of appropriate security measures.
JOOD has nothing to do with the bank that issued your card or payment instrument. Accordingly, JOOD will not receive or provide any response to any inquiry, complaint or request for information that you send to it regarding your banking operations or place your card in connection with the Contribution process you completed online and benefit from the electronic payment gateway service.
JOOD may not be contacted or considered responsible for attending any session to settle any dispute between the Contributor and the association or the charitable team due to the services it provides, And JOOD shall not be held responsible for any claim for loss or compensation due to refundable expenses or transactions in which fraud is used when using your cards or bank accounts after you have accessed the Site or benefited from its services.
